Custom Orders

For Custom Orders, Please Email Us.

To ensure we meet your needs precisely, kindly include the following details in your email:

  • Design or Idea: Describe your vision or provide any relevant artwork.

  • Quantity: Specify the number of items you require.

  • Desired Delivery Date: Let us know when you need your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Please note that custom orders typically take 4-5 weeks to fulfill.

Additionally, we offer a range of customization options, including screen printing, embroidery, and chenille.

Payment Options & Shipping Policy

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. All orders come with standard shipping, which typically takes 6-9 business days unless you request express shipping.

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped once it's been placed.

Reshipment Policy:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or address error, you are responsible for any reshipment fees. You will have 3 days from the day we contact you to pay the reshipment fee. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in processing your order as a return, with a 50% restocking fee applied. The remaining 50% will be issued to you as a store credit. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Once reshipment fees are received, we will promptly reship your package. If your order is delivered to the address you provided but you fail to receive it due to an error on your part, we are not responsible for replacing your order.

Local/In-Person Pick-Up

In-Person Pick-Up Option:

If you are located in the Twin Cities area and prefer to pick up your order in person, please send us an inquiry specifying the items you wish to purchase and request in-person pick-up. There will be no shipping fee for in-person pick-up orders.

In-person pick-up is available at our location in Brooklyn Center, MN, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared for pick-up. You will receive a notification once your order is ready. If you need your order sooner, feel free to text or call us at 612.472.8941.

Returns

& Refunds

Return and Exchange Policy:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us and inform us that you are returning your item(s).

​

Important: DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US AND CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO SHIP ITEMS BACK. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DELAY YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

Returns are refunded via store credit and are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

You are responsible for the return delivery fee and new shipping fee.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Custom Orders

  • Shower Caps/Bonnets

  • Hats

  • Drinkware

  • Sale Items

  • Jewelry

  • Bulk Orders

  • Any merchandise with missing tags, signs of wear, strong scents of any kind, stains, deodorant, and/or make-up. If any of these occur, you will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item, or we will dispose of it as it cannot be resold.

Refund Criteria:

A refund in the original form of payment will be issued if:

  • Your order is cancelled by us

  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

  • Item(s) are proven to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect (in which case, you are responsible for providing proof that the items were damaged).

It will take 5-7 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

In the case of an incorrect item being sent to you, a refund may not be issued until the item is returned.

Order Changes & Cancellations 

There are no order changes or cancellations once your order is placed.

Washing & Care

Instructions 

Washing and Care Instructions:

We will not replace or refund items that are damaged after washing. We recommend always washing clothes inside out in cold water, whether you are machine washing or handwashing.

For delicate items such as line jackets, or apparel with embroidery, patches, or chenille, we suggest dry cleaning whenever possible.

For apparel with vinyl screen print, we recommend washing inside out.
