Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: I have read, fully understand, and agree to Carter Creations’ Terms and Conditions upon completing my purchase.

2. Pre-Order Policy: If applicable, I have reviewed and agreed to the pre-order policy outlined in the product description of the item I am purchasing. I understand that pre-orders are considered final orders and will be treated as such. Once a pre-order is made, I will not be able to make any changes to my order.

 

3. Custom Items Policy: I acknowledge that custom items (e.g., personalized names, numbers, sizes, customized jackets, etc.) are non-refundable once the order processing period has concluded.

 

4. Return and Shipping Policy: I have read and understood Carter Creations' return and shipping policies. I acknowledge that there are absolutely no refunds, only exchanges, and I agree to these terms. I also understand that during the holiday season, shipping times may be delayed due to increased demand. Additionally, I acknowledge that headgear (i.e., hats, shower caps) and water bottles are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges under any circumstances.

 

5. Order Accuracy: I confirm that the item(s) and size(s) I have selected are accurate and correct.

 

6. Shipping and Email Accuracy: I understand that I am responsible for ensuring my shipping address and email address are accurate. I have reviewed and verified the correctness of this information.

 

7. Delivery Responsibility: I acknowledge that Carter Creations is not liable for lost, missed, or rescheduled deliveries. I accept responsibility for following up with the carrier regarding any lost or stolen shipments.

 

8. No Refunds on Purchases: I understand that Carter Creations does not provide refunds for any items once an order has been placed.

 

9. Protocol Changes: I acknowledge that Carter Creations is not responsible for changes in organizational protocols that may occur after an order has been placed. Carter Creations will not provide refunds or accept returns due to such changes, including directives or protocols from national headquarters.

 

10. False Disputes: I understand that if I file a false dispute with my bank to receive a refund for an order from Carter Creations, I will be permanently banned from making any future purchases from Carter Creations' website.
